7. How did you join the programme:  Players with disabilities at a young age who were keen to play cricket came to me, and I approached Northerns Cricket Union and got involved from then on.

9. Why would you recommend that person: She is reliable and always willing to assist and cares for the children.

10. Success stories (current professional players that went through your hands): Four players from my school who started in Mini Cricket were nominated for the South Africa intellectually-impaired team. I was the SA team’s assistant manager in 2005 & 2009.
