What started out as a simple idea with contributions from KFC and customers became something extraordinary. The Add Hope initiative has raised over R263-million in the fight against hunger in the six years since it started and feeds more than 100 000 children every day.
KFC Add Hope launched a TV advert to raise awareness of the difference a meal can make to the life of a child. The story is told through the drawings of some of the children fed by the initiative each day and brings to life the power of a simple R2 donation.
Discover how feeding children healthy meals every day can make a difference to their lives, and how this story of hope was told through children’s drawings.
